Overnight collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no logins, and no analytics SDKs.
The following never leaves your iPhone:
Settings > About > Erase all records deletes everything at any time. Deleting the app removes it too.
The server (Cloudflare Workers) only fetches public data on the app's behalf. A request contains nothing but:
No user identifier, advertising identifier, or device identifier is sent or stored. There is no user table on the server.
Only if you turn it on, the app reads sleep data from HealthKit, read-only. The wake time stays on your device and never leaves it. No write access is requested, and you can turn it off at any time.
Location is requested only when you add the weather card, and only "While Using the App". Coordinates are rounded to two decimals before being stored on device; only that grid point is sent. No location history is kept.
No personal data is shared with third parties. No advertising or analytics SDK is included. Nothing is sold.
Quotes, headlines, and weather come from each provider's public API. Sources are listed in Settings > About > Data sources. Market data is for reference only, may be delayed, and is not investment advice.
The "New from your channels" card uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; how Google handles information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. This app never signs in to YouTube on your behalf and reads only public channel information. No user identifier is sent to YouTube.
Weather data is provided by Open-Meteo under CC BY 4.0. Air quality, fuel prices, and Korean stock quotes are published by the Korea Environment Corporation, Korea National Oil Corporation, and the Financial Services Commission respectively under KOGL Type 1.
No personal data is collected from children under 13 — none is collected from anyone.
